Refund policy
CHANGE OF MIND
For change of mind purchases please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@supertoysandhobbies.com.au for assistance.
Change of mind purchases will be offered a refund, credit note, or exchange providing the following occurs:
- Proof of purchase is provided,
- The item is in a re-saleable condition,
- The item/s has not been opened
- The item/s is in its original packaging
- The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date, excludes items purchased with Afterpay and Zip.
Change of mind purchases can be sent back via post or returned in-store to Fyshwick. Once we have received the item/s we will then issue you with a refund, credit note, or exchange.
Freight charges will not be credited or refunded for change of mind purchases.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item/s please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@supertoysandhobbies.com.au for assistance.
FAULTY GOODS
For online orders with faulty item/s please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@supertoysandhobbies.com.au.
If you receive a faulty item/s we will provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund, or repair where:
- The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description; and
- You produce your original invoice at the time you returned the item
Items can be returned via post or returned in-store to Fyshwick store.
We will provide an exchange, credit note, repair, or a full refund once we have received the item/s back. Refunds will be made via your original method of payment.
