Legendary Italian automaker Alfa Romeo released their stunning 1,600cc engine Giulia Sprint GT coupe in 1963, and quickly followed it up in 1965 with the GTA, a high performance model with an aluminum body and twin spark engine. Autodelta also tuned the GTA for racing, and between 1966 and 1969 it was European touring car champion three times.
